Position	Community Administrative Officer
Location	Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan/Nokkundi
Qualification	Minimum Bachelors
Experience	At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Requirements	Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
Responsibilities	Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Support the sustainability team. Maintain and update organizational records, files, and databases. Ensure proper documentation and filing. Safeguard confidential and sensitive information. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the workplace. Facilitate and support in conducting CDC meetings and other community events.  Monitor and supervise community development projects. Assist in the management of community engagement records, data collection and complication and reporting. Assist the sustainability team with procurement processes. Coordinate with Travel department for organizing travel and accommodation for staff and guests. Prepare administrative reports as needed by manager. Communicate policies, guidelines, and updates to staff. Provide assistance in preparing presentations or documentation for meetings.
