Regional Installation Leader

Regional Installation Leaders play an integral role in overseeing, leading and growing RH installation services for a region. These leaders are passionate about bringing design to life in client’s homes and exceeding expectations. They are passionate leaders who are committed to quality in every detail of their work
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Live Our Values, Vision and Beliefs every day
- Create custom installation plan for installation projects
- Coordinate and communicate with client, contractor, and all outside trades throughout installation planning process
- Partner with Gallery Leadership & HDL to select on-site team
- Maintain installation schedule
- Lead cross-functional team conference calls to ensure alignment prior to installation
- Conduct site visit prior to installation to ensure status of construction and/or partner with retained outside trades, if necessary
- Lead installation team on-site, from initial walk-through to final reveal; provide re-cap, photography and learnings to off-site team
- Research outside vendors and trades for use on installation projects
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years interior design installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Experience leading inter disciplinary teams of FF&E delivery and installation professionals, designers, stylists, project managers, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Retail styling/visual merchandising experience preferred
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture showroom preferred
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time
