Job Summary
As a Team Leader in our dynamic and growing organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading key teams within our Feeder Manifest department. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the Overall process of Vessel Manifest (Customs filing), ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and leveraging your knowledge of Export & Import process with excellent knowledge of Indian Customs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to Prepare & Drive the Quality Management System (QMS) and make sure that it is aligned with the Organization’s Quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Plan, implement and enforce regular Quality checks, Audits of Data, Organizational policies and Documents etc. to ensure the best Quality standards. 
  • Prepare, maintain and Present Audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions and plan.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide clear direction and support. 
  • Coordination with all internal teams/departments & Management to drive Quality Culture across Organization. 
  • Coordinate and Leads the Internal & External Audits to make sure that there are no Deviations, findings of audit are well captured and develop the mitigation plan in coordination with Operations team.
  • Monitor and assess customer feedback and complaints related to Quality and supporting operations team in meeting Customer’s Expectations.

 

 

Preferred Qualification & Requirement  

  • Graduate/Postgraduate, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Certification in Quality Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality assurance and Management, experience with Logistics or Process Oriented Organizations would be preferred.
  • Skills – Good exposure in analytics, problem-solving and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Quality management tools and software with strong communication skills.
  • Well aware of Quality Regulations, Quality Standards and Compliances.
  • Comfortable in working in Shifts as per allocated roster and business demand, should be flexible to work in night shift as well.
