Preschool Room Leader

We are looking to appoint a Preschool Room Leader to provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the pre-school and to maintain a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment. Complete SEN training and help complete plans. Ensure planning, observations and preschool checks are completed weekly, parent partnership is maintained to a high standard. Have a clear understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
We are seeking a committed, knowledgeable and empathetic person to have a hands-on approach to all aspects of Preschool life. The candidate must be organised, focused and able to lead a small team.
You will need:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification essential, preferable SENDco training or willing to complete the training
- Experience working in an early years setting and preferable leadership experience
- To confirm your consent to an enhanced level Disclosure and Baring Service check (DBS)
