ACCOUNTABILITIES of the ROLE:

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the medical landscape in the defined region
• Develop and deliver medical presentations internally and externally in either one-on-one or group settings.
• Have in-depth medical conversations with all medical stakeholders.
• Foster existing relationships and grow new relationships. 
• Coach and guide colleagues in the hearing centers to actively engage with ENT’s. 
• Support the HMQ & medical team on the development & delivery of the ENT engagement plan. 
• Provide input & feedback to HQM & medical team about communication tools for ENT’s

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• MSc or Bachelor in Audiology
• At least 3 years of experience in audiology, including hearing aid fittings
• RIZIV Number

 

PERSONAL SKILLS 

• Pro-active, engaging, flexible, diplomatic & proven communication skills
• Fighting spirit, grinta, entrepreneurial, hands-on, with problem solving skills
• Have a true passion for audiology and affinity with life sciences
• Committed to make a difference for ENT’s and in patient`s lives
• Able to work independently with agility in complex, rapidly changing environments
• Teamwork attitude
• Interested in new ways of thinking and innovative approaches
• Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
