We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council`s Building Maintenance Team as a Pitched Roofer.
Your role:
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of roofing maintenance or refurbishment activities such as repair, replacement, or cleaning on behalf of tenants and customers of East Suffolk Council.
What you will need:
The candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience of working on varied roofing types and system and be able to demonstrate a sound and experience technical knowledge of roofing types and their component parts. Level 2 Diploma in Roofing Occupations or Level 2 Diploma in Roof Slating and Tiling. The post holder will have competent knowledge of all relevant health and safety requirements, and the ability to highlight potential hazards.
