Principal Full Stack Developer
Our team mainly focuses on Enterprise Risk Management [ERM] products for example Liquidity Risk Management Solution. We are part of the MRF [Modern Risk and Finance] team in OFSS and are responsible to create and deliver financial products of high quality to serve the Banking and Financial industries. These products along with EPM and Regulatory related packs are able to seamlessly integrate and deliver a great value proposition to the customers in Financial Domain.
These applications are now being developed in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, offering to enable the customers an easy transition to a subscription-based model.
Calling all Java-based Engineers for the MRF team who would be responsible to identify the microservices patterns for the architectural challenges in building cloud-based products. Deep insight into the understanding of how the microservices architecture is built for the problem area is required
Analyze, design develop, fix and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and implement unit test and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
Candidate should have
- 10 to 14 years of development work experience in Java, SQL, data science, Python, HTML, APEX
- Should be strong with SQL, analytics and data science
- Product development experience is an added advantage
- Should have exposure to Financial services industry
- Should be familiar with cloud architecture and micro-services development
- Excellent Logical Reasoning and Programming skills - Should be aware of Cloud architecture and security standard processes
- Should be knowledgeable in micro-services design and performance tuning
- Should be knowledgeable in front end technologies (APEX, HTML, JS etc.)
- Should have architected large scale data warehousing applications
