About the Role
Are you ready to be a driving force in Oracle’s sales success? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the catalyst for generating high-quality sales opportunities and expanding our industry market share. Your mission? To connect with prospective clients and create 5-Star leads that turn into revenue, through strategic outbound campaigns and multi-channel outreach.
What We`re Looking For:
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of success and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Passionate & Dedicated: Demonstrated work ethic and enthusiasm for learning and technology.
- Curious & Insightful: A positive presence with a keen ability to understand and address client needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales or business development outbound prospecting. Experience in software and technology is a plus but not required.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with industry domains is preferred.
